5. Subscription Plans

- Premium and Elite subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, bio, etc.). By posting, you grant Bandhanly a non-exclusive license to display this content to other users for the purpose of matchmaking. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Disclaimer
Bandhanly is a platform to connect people. We do not guarantee marriage, compatibility, or the accuracy of user-provided information. We are not responsible for the conduct of users outside the platform. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
